i did chakra meditations and experienced this truth unfolding or was intitivley guided, as i got dreams of my heart chakra being blocked and instinctively visualized breathing in white light into my heart chakra, after about twenty minutes i was blinded by white light encompassing my whole field of vision… my eyes were closed, a bolt of intense enrgy flashed through me and i found myself in a state of sheer bliss, like i had never felt or known possible before, from breathing & visualizing !
